Would you like to join us? Interested in working for an education centre promoting sustainability, justice and equity? We offer training and development on issues surrounding peace, justice, sustainable development and global citizenship. Volunteers are an essential part of our team, without whom we cannot run our organisation, projects and workshops. Read on to find out more.
What does a volunteer do?
Works 4 hours per week (minimum) 12-6 Tues-Thurs/11–3 Sat Commits to a 6-month programme Has a defined role according to skills. This is regularly reviewedUndergoes an induction, IT training, work plan and ongoing training Works to a plan, manages their workload and has input on decisions
What we do?
Recruit volunteers every 6 months for specific roles and needs Invite suitable candidates for an interview and, if successful, an induction Provide volunteers with job descriptions and workplansOffer guidance, support, skills development and training Provide references for your CV or future employment

Internships: Would you like to join us on a more full time basis working up to gain knowledge and experience about working in a medium sized charity? Internships are varied depending upon projects and initiatives we are running at any given time, however you can probably expect the following:
Helps out on stalls at events and festivals
