Looking at our diet is one of the easiest ways to lighten our personal environmental impact. It's a fun and delicious place to start, and small changes quickly add up to a big difference.



We flick a switch and the light comes on. It's such a common occurance we never stop to think how it works, but the power stations that run our homes are the biggest contributer to climate change in the UK.

Everything we do creates waste in some form or another, and we're always finding new ways of dealing with it. But the time has come to make less rubbish in the first place.
